What Elian Little likes about Tim Hortons:
My friend and I stopped here on our way back home to Fort Irwin. It was the morning after a snow storm and there was a serious accident on our route which made us have to deter from our original route. The staff here took...the time to help all those asking how to get around this accident..They really seemed to care and it was very much appreciated View all feedback. What Kenton O'Conner doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
The quality of the sandwiches and breakfast items is slipping. Stopped at Tim's twice on the way to Ottawa last weekend and the size was small for the price and as bland as bland can be. Back to only coffee and maybe a bagel :( View all feedback.

However, the Carleton Place location was praised for its exceptional service, efficiency, and delicious coffee. One customer highlighted the staff's helpfulness during a difficult situation, while another commended the friendly service and fresh donuts.
