What Thomas Reiche likes about Pizza Factory:
Seen a couple other reviews that were less than stellar but I had a good experience. Was there on Saturday afternoon between waves of locals. The lady working was nice enough. Made my pizza the way I ordered it. Said Thanks for my business when she brought it to the table. Restaurant is on the other side of the highway from Pilot Truckstop. I’ve been buying pizza and calzones from this place for years. Price has always been high. In the beginning the food was plentiful, and good so price didn’t matter. But now price has went crazy and product isn’t even close to what you used to get. Small and less ingredients.
