Is it really coming up to Christmas???? Absolutely NO festive spirit in Costa’s. What grumpy miserable staff it was like a visit to see The Grinch!!! Yes there was a queue and yes it was busy but deary me what an atmosphere no pleases thankyous or any other customer service. Come on Costa’s you can do better than this!!!!! read more.
