Ordered a few Burritos and Churros to the wrong address 5 miles away. I called and explained my error offer to pay for the extra delivery. He refused to accept the payment for the delivery, and shortly after I refunded the food. Fantastic food and excellent customer service. read more.

What User doesn't like about El Escapar:
Ordered the chicken nachos with gauc extra 80p, delivered an hour after given time had to ring up to remind them. Tortilla and chicken burnt. Asked for guac, pink slaw, jalapenos, tomato salsa and crema. As you can see from the pic it had none of this but a tiny dot of crema. Chicken had flavour but really dry.
