The Nags Head from Carlisle Menu

What User likes about The Nags Head:
this is a nice pub right in the center of brampton. we visited here regularly on the afternoon when the youngs wanted to play pool. there were also slots and darts. the atmosphere was friendly and it had a large beer garden that is a bonus. Although we did not eat here the menu and the meal we saw, we looked good and seemed worth a good one. View all feedback.

What AlanFCumbria doesn't like about The Nags Head:
Visited early in January for lunch, sadly no food available, strange pub, rather empty of furniture, and a little soulless, my wine was good and one of my companions real ales was very good, but the larger was apparently average. View all feedback.

Enjoyed a couple of beers after a day a talkin tarn nice traditional pub good beer, my mate said Guinness was very good, had a couple of games of pool and darts...

Just popped in for an afternoon drink. Fairly standard town pub with lots of locals in, all who seemed very friendly.

"I've had the pleasure of dining at several Michelin Starred restaurants and for the life of me I don't understand why this doesn't have one (yet! . The staff were amazing and informative, the restaurant was very tastefully decorated and a very pleasant atmosphere and finally the food was superb. We had the full tasting menu and it was excellent value, delicious food. Some interesting options, some more out there courses, which is the entire reason you go to somewhere like this! I very rarely dish out a 5 star rating but when somewhere is faultless what other option do you have??
