What Colleen Lins doesn't like about El Jimador:
We had the buffet but the waitress didn’t tell us many things were already gone and they didn’t refill. What was there was decent. But not really a place I need to try again. They do also have a menu . It may have been better if the waitress had given us one. The service was good. However the server only spoke Spanish . The parking was adequate. View all feedback.

An authentic Mexican restaurant. We enjoyed a lovely early dinner after the visit of the Carlsbad Caverns National Park.
