Really good food even for who don’t like spicy food. You can order online but on Sundays you might have to go there and get your order. Great service
Raian was very friendly and I really enjoyed the chicken tikka biryani he recommended.

"Everything was absolutely excellent, it was our second time here and we cannot wait for our next visit. each dish was so full of taste and fresh, the extra detail to garnish the dishes were well built to complement each plate. the chowder was one of the best chowder we all had in the world. the cheesecake was also light and tasty. We all really enjoyed the Portuguese victor, especially our two Portuguese friends. it would definitely recommend to eat here together with excellent food and drinks, the atmosphere and service were perfect."

"That was our first lunch with our new baby, and the staff was very courteous and helpful, they made it easier and much more pleasant for us. the food was very delicious, I enjoyed the fried chicken, it was moist and delicious our second lunch with our baby was equally successful, also feeding."

"Lunch with a very old friend whom I had not seen since Covid and The River Bank was a lovely place to have lunch and sit and chat. The staff were excellent, very friendly and professional. The menu had plenty of choice with lunch specials. Food came quickly and was tasty. I had the fish and my friend had the roast beef, both were lovely. We had a tea and a coffee after and I had a mineral and it came to 39 euros approx. There is a lovely outside dining area which I can imagine is really nice in the summer months. The restaurant is situated in a corner of two roads so outside space might be noisy with cars passing. They have seating on ground floor and more seating upstairs with bathrooms and a disabled bathroom downstairs. There is not much parking on the road outside especially at school times but there is a big car park about 3/4 minutes walk away so it is no problem for parking. Enjoyed my lunch and would definitely return if I was in the area again."
