"My wife, daughter, I checked this place out yesterday while up in Carlsbad at the recommendation of a friend and it was awesome. The staff was great and the food was off the chain. Best ribs I've had in forever and the honey BBQ sauce was amazing. Oh and a shout out to the cute redhead waitress with the great sense of humor who put up with our shenanigans. She definitely added fun to the experience. We're definitely going back when we're up that way."

Staff are all standing around and looking for the long line, but no one would wait for us. Many customers wait for a person in the register. Very bad employee organization leads to bad service overall."
