Their Katana wagyu beef burgers are delicious, tender, almost zero shrinkage AND good flavor. We had really liked the Schweid signature blend burger before so that’s why I tried the wagyu burger product. I’m going to try the brisket blend version next time. Quality and flavor. Might be the best burger meat I’ve ever had. Downside, stopped selling in my region. Closest retail is almost 2 hours away and ther is no way to buy online. Bring it back to west Michigan ! View all feedback.
