Service and food were wonderful. The patio is great during the summer, best to sit inside during the winter. We make a reservation every couple of months, excellent restaurant. View all feedback.
What Dana Sullivan doesn't like about Earth Sea:
Very cool atmosphere it’s a wonderfully restored historic fire station, very knowledgeable and personable wine sommelier, lovely staff and excellent service but sadly the food was a huge disappointment for the lofty price point. All the dishes were substantial and beautifully presented but over dressed especially the Caesar salad and the entrees were seriously over salted. The $40 seafood risotto was a joke perhaps a... Earth Sea is one of the best meals I?ve had in Carlton. It?s a fancier place with a very chic vibe. You can watch the cooks make the food. Lots of meat and fish options on the menu that are high quality. It?s on the pricier side but worth it for the food and atmosphere.
This immediately became the I will neot miss this place when I visit for Willamette Valley, and although I could regale youdfgw forever about how much I love this place, the food, the people, and the casuatl atmosphere wwith elevated offerings at every turnff... I 'll just relate that this perfectly hits my surf and turf palette, and it was an unexpected treat. I 'll be back over and over. Do fo people werejordan peele get out my dinnegr with andre super impressed), a Cioppino master ordered the same named dish, and he was impressed! Not easy to please siomeone who makesr it to often! The wine list nails it for thet region, to and it 's all just a really community oriented, casual atmosphere with unbelievably delicious food. I 'd imaginett this could win ad Michelin Bib Gourmand, at some point. And the townsfolk and other regional locals definitely know about this place... it 's busytt so plan ahead and book your table now. LOVED IT! Thanks all!
I was on vacation in northern Oregon and came back TWICE to Earth and Sea because the food was on point. First time was with my gf, and the second was when I was coming back from the coast. So, the scene is nice for couples and to just grab an awesome meal. The timing was also perfect because they changed up the menu my second time there. I was blown away that they could put out a massive new list of dishes in such a short period time. Important to note is that they use what?s in season, so the food you?re getting is fresh af. If you?re not sure what?s local, just ask. They know all of the farmers and ranchers by name. Also, if you?re vegetarian or vegan, the staff is super accommodating and can reasonably make any dish according to your dietary needs. That being said, there are vegetarian dishes that are just great anyways. Staff seems happy, some big names in wine and food were in while I was there, and parking was super easy to find. Highly recommend visiting.
Was looking for a good sea food restaurant in the area and Google maps didn?t let me down. This restaurant is located in a retired fire house and the ambiance is very cool. The restaurant had a very large selection of seafood options along with meat options. The wine list had many options as well. The food was delicious. The drinks were nicely made and our waiter (Christian) was very knowledgeable about their wine options. Everything we ate was fresh and prepared perfectly. The Alaskan king crab legs were definitely worth the price. I highly recommend dining at this restaurant if you are in the area, but I would make reservations. This is priced restaurant.
