What Stephanie Anderson doesn't like about Foo Kan Chinese:
It infuriates me that a buisness will serve whatever they want. I ordered fantail shrimp 2 wings, fries and crab Rangoon. The Rangoons were flat with barley any cream cheese. The fantail shrimp I am at a lost for words. Where are the shrimp. Plain fried wings were soggy with a weird taste. I just literally flushed 30 dollars and have to cook!!! View all feedback.
