I changed from another health system after my doctor to rest at iu health, and the difference was really night and day. the workers in this facility are so friendly and warm, not rushed to complete my paperwork (I go anyway fast, but they didn't feel that I had to be in a hurry) and dr. ramaswamy above all has gone and beyond me. very happy with my experience here overall. check their bills before they pay! They accused me. After spending almost one and a half hours on the phone, they admitted that the fee was made in error and still refused to return the money. their process did not allow to repay my money. they need to check the situation and gave no time when my money would be returned. the adviser of patient care has not tried to do the thing right or nothing at all.
