"Our waiter Maxwell, was great! Perfect! However, the food was not. The fish sandwich was too breaded and had no flavor and while the chicken breast was good, nothing special. Wedge salad and shrimp cocktail very tasty. It is very noisy and they even turned the music up so then you kind of ate with no one talking . Probably won’t go back . "

"Over 20 years ago there was a Great BBQ place off 71st and Shadeland called GT South. Their food was Amazing, and all of my co-workers patronized this restaurant all week long. It was nothing new to hear the group gather for lunch and hear someone say, GT South for lunch? Everyone would say yes and off we would go for a great meal! Imagine my joy when I found out at taste of Carmel that GT South has been reborn as Rackz right here in Carmel. The BBQ is as good if not better than I remember, and the staff is friendly, knows their product, and the service is as amazing as the food, and trust me, that 's saying something! The pulled pork is tender, the brisket is savory and delicious, and the sauces are absolutely delicious. If you are looking for amazing BBQ, friendly staff, great service, and a possible new addiction in your life, then check out Rackz. I 'm so glad to have them back in my community and close by!"
