What User likes about Edwin's Carmel:
Best meal in Carmel. Each product uses a bounty of fresh local products. And the flavors were incredible. Stuff you cannot make at home unless you have a hundred ingredients and spices. I feel like most Carmel's restaurants taste the same, nothing super special, and certainly not worth the restaurant calories or a Yelp review for this matter. Service here is excellent, especially by the owner from Southeast Asia. Tip... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Edwin's Carmel:
Very disappointing not to have a table available for upwards of 30 min with a reservation we were flexible and decided to sit at the bar only to send back a charred burger that was inedible by sight even to the bartender and the linguini dish with shrimp was overcooked as well and drowning in sauce the only thing good about this experience was the live music but we left hungry nonetheless View all feedback.
