What Fabian Di Paolo doesn't like about Roux:
Just stoping by to have a bite before run into my day…. 1 simple dish … fish and chips … 2 out of the 3 pieces were raw and hard rock, call the server to please do it again, they did and again 2 out 3 inedible… by the way only my self and another 3 top on the entire bistro… how hard is to do something right ? Roux from Carmel Valley Village is a good place for a bar to have a beer after work and be able to hang out with friends.
