"I want to like MaryScott's since my wife had a good lunch here before. We came on St. Pats day and were disappointed. First the menu on the web site described the dishes, but the menu handout did not. Then the food was served on paper trays. They said it was to make their life easier. Well it wasn't much fun digging beef stew off the paper liner. Which is a shame because the stew was good, although I didn't see any carrots and celery mentioned on the menu. Another dish we had was corned beef and cabbage but... how do you cut a thick slice of meat on a paper tray and where was the cabbage? Note: they apparently do have plates. We might try them again if we get over this way. Response to owner paper trays are fine for finger food like fish'n'chips in a casual bar type setting but neither stew nor a slab of corned beef can be enjoyed out of a paper tray. If we as customers have to educate service staff in how to serve food, we're consulting, not dining."

"Service was good except we got only part of our food but paid full price for our food I got the meatlovers omelette which is supposed to come with home fries and toast yes I ordered a pancake on the side which I paid for so she did not substitute my wife order as well did not come with home fries, she also asked for a side of gravy and was told maybe if we have any, this was a Sunday morning visit so biscuit and gravy lovers beware all and all not bad just make sure you get everything Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4"

"Dillynw20221 reviewing demand too expensive eating is okay, but the price is too high. for a cheeseburger, fries, koks, western omelette, hashbrowns, toast, side of speck and water, the price was $33. You can go to everything you can eat for this amount. this breakfast was not worth $33 tipp. we're trying to figure out how the price rose above $30. we have not argued and paid the bill, but do not recommend this place because they tear it off and they do not even see the bill. they can go to everything they can eat for these prices."
