"This is one of the best dining experiences we had in Brittany; the seafood (in particular, the oysters) was the best we ever had. During our 2 week stay in Sainte Helene Sur Mer, we dined here 3 times. The bill was exceptionally low, considering the amount and quality of the seafood that we had. The owner and his staff are exceptionally charming and I would recommend Saint Guillaume wholeheartedly."
