they use the same toastia machine for the bagels as they do to grill the speck/meat! do not pick up their bagel roasted when they take care of cross-contamination. the bagels themselves are great, but the fillings are simply in order. all their bagels are vegan, but most of the filling options are not. unfortunately they also experience a vegan cheese shortage that is understandable.
