"One of the best curries I've ever had. the reviews looked, so I thought I would go a bit further from where we stopped to try a takeaway curry. five of us ordered appetizers, netzen, side and rice/naan and all were on a very high standard everyone loved their food. fresh, amazing quality products, generous portions, good selection (I am vegetarian) and very cheap for what we have. not greasy and all dishes tasted differently than many curry houses. political staff. would like to recommend to everyone in the opposite. it was so delicious I had no time / forget to make any photos!"

"Beautiful carvery, couldn't believe the amount of choice of vegatables, well cooked. The meat was high quality and plenty of it. At only £15 per person well worth it. Would definitely go again. The staff were pleasant and helpful"

"This place is lovely. Someone has really paid attention to detail. The decor is lovely but little things like a pizza cutter with the cutlery is so nice. Great selection of pizzas-some with quite unusual toppings like scam or a cheese and honey. Really delicious and good portions. Great wine. Their own gelato too. The staff are really attentive and friendly. I wish for them that it had been busier on a Saturday night during the summer. But then again the whole town was quiet. If you live nearby, please pay them a visit! If you are a pizza lover like me, you won’t regret it. They do take away pizza too. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4"

"My visit to Avanti in October 2023 was a bit of a mixed bag. The food was undeniably fantastic. There was 6 of us in our party, we all had three courses, and couldn’t fault any of the dishes. However, I can't overlook the service issues we encountered. The staff appeared inexperienced and had a rude attitude. When we had a problem with the bill, what seemed to be the manager's handling of the situation was far from ideal. Their attitude was abrasive and standoffish. In short, Avanti's food is top-notch, but there's a lot of room for improvement in the service department, especially when it comes to addressing customer concerns."
