I have stayed at this location three times, and every time the front desk staff has been so helpful and friendly. I have had difficulty with my business properly reserving my stay, and each time the front desk staff has gone out of their way to help me solve my problems. Shoutout to Morelia and Michael, and sorry for the others names I cannot remember. The facilities, rooms, and amenities are great and every time I’m... View all feedback.

Nice hotel affiliated burger/bar space you can see the front desk from some bar seats). I did take out and the flat screens had sports and news feeds flowing so no boredom during wait for food and friendly bar chats available. Great wait staff. Good burgers.
There are many ways to book a bed... not so many ways to book an extension of home. I can't be the only one... raised in Wheaton, house has long been sold, parent is aging, and there is an increased need for family visits from both coasts. Most recently, that meant calling the hotel same day to say I was jumping on a plane and would arrive, most likely, around 1am. No problem. After negotiating O'Hare, the rental car facility and the unfamiliar roads in the middle of the night I was warmly greeted and VERY effeciently checked in. Thank you to the night staff who probably did not need my slightly manic arrival. I was here on Valentine's Day... . Absolutley enjoyed the holiday dinner from the hotel restaurant, Burger Social, and was so impressed by Cristian who made sure my dinner tasted good... and was also beautifully presented (even if I did order it to go! . Family stuff almost always means changes. I extended my stay two times and found the front desk to be well trained and accomodiating (thank you, Michael and Harrish and the morning staff as well . The weather here is making national news... and yes, I availed myself of the complimentary hot chocolate bar after I scraped off my rental car. And I could not have been more grateful that my room was cleaned every day. THANK YOU. A pre-covid amenity that I have missed and was both suprised and delighted to experience. We have been here before. We will be back. This staff is part of our story.

We'll here what it means your hotel is one of the worst Holiday Inns I've ever stayed at and the most expensive one...I will try my luck with a different hotel the next time I'm in town...Hopefully others learn from my mistake!
Absolute terrible experience here. The manager was rude and had a terrible level of professionalism. The restaurant staff brings the quality of this hotel down so much. I had a voucher for free breakfast for 2 adults and because of that, the manager had an attitude from the moment we walked in. He tried telling us that it was only worth $20 although when I called hotels.com and IHG they both said that I was correct and that the stay included free breakfast for 2 adults. The front desk staff said it was up to the restaurant manager and they wouldn't honor the voucher I paid for through hotels.com. After 40 minutes of going back and forth on the phone, and missing my entire breakfast with my family, the restaurant manager agreed to honor what should have been done in the first place. Absolutely unnecessary experience with such a beautiful hotel. P.S. Whether I booked through 3rd party or not, the offer should have been honored especially since IHG seen the breakfast included for 2 adults on their end. I plan to also send a review to IHG on behalf of this situation. Never had such an experience at any other Holiday inn I've ever booked at through hotels.com and I've paid for the voucher many times and have NEVER been told it couldn't be used.
