Ordered both a pizza and a salad. Was called and notified that they'd be remaking our pizza as it was less than perfect. I was so pleased they both took the time and called to notify me. My Dad was in from Arizona and Lou Malnati's remains one of his favorites! I'm so happy he was able to enjoy a Chicago favorite the right way this weekend! View all feedback. No where on your website does it list the size of a personal pizza . I ordered one and it was less than 6”. For what I paid I could have gotten a small pizza for a few dollars more. TOTAL RIPOFF. I want a refund and an apology. You guys are scam artists. Not acceptable. View all feedback.
