Everybody who works here is just incredible! They're so kind and I always trust them to do everything right. We all know that most chains quality varies A LOT based on who works there and these guys are all simply the best. Dunkin is so happy to have her!
Latte with no foam? Something is not right, I think they just gave us someone else?s coffee they didn?t like.

Stopped in this morning like I do six times a week to get my regular extra large 3 sugar and 8 cream 2 donuts and two chocolate milk. No chocolate milk today no big deal) I got to work and discovered my coffee was 1 Carmel swirl and 2 sugar. ???? Iwent back this afternoon I really need my Dunkin). I let my clerk know about the mistake and was told that will be $6.42.Again got back to work to discover that there was barely any cream at all. I am not sure how many Dunkin I pass each morningbetween villa park and Carol stream but I sure will find another.
