I regularly order delivery... Yes, there have been errors, but after calling them to report them (and not to complain) I was entitled to a FREE order! I have never seen anywhere else that following an error, the next order is free. Bravo for this hyper-commercial gesture even though I wasn't calling for that purpose. I have been a customer since they opened and apart from the fact that the quality is no longer the same compared to the beginning, I would especially point out that this is the 3rd time where I am 2 hours late with delivery. I'm trying to call them to find out where my order is because I ordered at 11:20 a.m. for delivery at 12 p.m., it's 2:35 p.m. I never received anything and not a warning call, nothing, shameful.... read more.
