What Jan B doesn't like about Panera Bread:
My order is a egg and cheese breakfast sandwich with egg whites. They charged me for a sausage egg and cheese which was 7 dollars instead of my normal 5.49. I have been going to Panera for about 10 years and I know there is a way to charge without the meat. Manager said there wasn't a way to do so. I hope someone retrains them! View all feedback.
Had hot tea, and a sweet roll.
Waited half an hour for my food today and they didn't even get my order right. Also no spoons for 3 soups? Lame.
