I booked the restaurant on 9 March for tonight and got a booking confirmed. Arrived on time this evening to be told no booking. Restaurant full. Abrupt individual on reception. Zero customer service. Left. 25 minutes later, after the booking time, they cancelled the reservation!!!! Great customer service! read more.
