"Bia blasa is the best place in carraroe for wonderful breakfast menu. fish is delivered fresh daily so that lunch and dinner menus are delicious. we are happy to come back this year, same friendly atmosphere and extremely helpful staff. a wonderful culinary experience in the heart of connamara. we will be coming back"

"Nice base for Connemara day tripping. All the staff we dealt with were very pleasant and went out of their way to help but they were a bit thin on the ground at times (but I know it’s been hard to get staff due to Covid) The room was clean and reasonable size but with no A/C it meant leaving relatively small window open all night which was a little noisy as the hotel is right beside a main road. The power from the shower was phenomenal and the bath filled up in no time. The menu at the restaurant was quite limited and seemed to get smaller each night we were there and it seemed quite expensive, which probably explained why it was mostly empty. Overall it had the feel of a place re-finding its feet during a difficult time. I’m sure once things get back to normal it’ll be a lovely spot!"
