"Recently visited this bar food restaurant and I have to say that the food was very tasty. If you like a quiet country pub with great food cluskeys hit the spot. If you are in any type of a hurry it's not for you as service is very slow although the staff are very pleasant. So if you want good food and chilled out time with family or friends in no hurry , I'll give it full marks."

"Myself my husband and our toddler enjoyed an amazing lunch at the spotted dog on Saturday. I had the beetroot and walnut burger. And both toddler and husband had the Dexter burger. The were so good and I just loved the carrot pickle on veggie burger. Can't recommend this restaurant enough. A breath of fresh air in Dundalk. Am a vegetarian and would seriously recommend to all veggie friends. Wonderful selection of dishes with a twist. Keep up the great work all at The Spotted Dog."
