"Booked the day before for a party of 6. One of our party couldn't make it until 9pm. The owner/chef took the booking and said he would accommodate our party. He couldn't have been any nicer if he tried. Went tonight and the food was outstanding. Taste was delicious and value also great. The only reason I'm giving it a 5 star rating is because it won't let me give a 10 star rating!! Bravo sir! I will be back again."

"The service is pretty good and the interior is well decorated, but the best thing about this place is probably the food. Every meal I've had there I've wanted to scoff down as fast as possible, but the food at Yuan Ming Yuan is certainly something better savoured and enjoyed. It's an experience, not just something to stuff your gob with. Definitely on the pricier side but every cent is absolutely justified and worth it. Hands down the best Chinese in the city "
