What a hidden gem. I've been staying in Carroll for the last month due to work and always get Mexican food on Mondays. This place is not open. So last week I came here on a Tuesday and so glad I did. Service being great is a understatement. The food is just awesome, better selection and better tasting than the other two places in town. This place doesn't seem that busy but it should be. 2 breakfast burritos and a bowl of menudo to go. 45 minutes. There was two orders ahead of mine for dining in. They got their food and finished before I even got my order.
Great food, staff is always friendly. We will definitely keep coming back!
