The roux that the seafood is cooked in all have a different flavor and are all wonderful. Restaurant was way smaller than I thought. Although we had reservations there was still a wait to be seated. There were only two people working, but the restaurant was at capacity. It took a while to get drinks and one of my friends kept having to ask for their drinks, be told towards the end of the meal they were out of two of the ingredients…they did offer a drink of choice on the house, so that was a nice jester.... read more.
