Mcgee's Bakery - Carrollton

I've ordered numerous cakes from them over the years and also a time or two just called and had them put some pastries together for me on the fly. I have never, ever, ever been the slightest bit disappointed. Additionally I've always felt their pricing was very reasonable. Maybe some of the other people that have reviewed them should've gone the chain route. I've never been disappointed in how anything looked but, it's food so what I care most about is that it tastes good...and it always does.

I tried the Gluten Free square sponge cakes and they were SO delicious!! Definitely the best I ever had. So nice to have a bakery in town that offers gluten free bakery items!

I love McGee's Bakery Catering they have the best deserts ever. They always do a wonderful job on my kids and grandkids birthday and special events cakes. They just did 2 Mickey Mouse cakes for my twin grandson's they was a big hit and the best tasting cakes. Thanks for always making my events a hit.

We booked our wedding and groomsmen cake for this past Saturday with Cliff. I can honestly say, I've never seen such a beautiful cake that tasted as well as ours did. They had some trouble with the cake being so huge that it was just falling a part but they fixed it and did everything they could to make it perfect, and it was! I will use them in the future and recommend them to anyone.

I grew up here in Carrolton but I do get to visit every now and then and Mcgee's is a must visit on my list. Everyone is so kind there and the desserts are always the best! Their cake squares, cookies, mini pies are some of my favorites.
