Inside was much bigger than I thought and the service was fast. Food was good, the broth seemed on the sweeter side (more onions/carrots? but was still great!Egg rolls were solid and parents liked the spring rolls. The Bun Bo Hue was good, but not as flavorful as I wanted. Thai tea was good too! View all feedback.

What Anthony Pham doesn't like about Pho Pasteur:
I had the phở tái gầu (pho with sliced rare beef flank and fatty brisket). It was a good portion, felt nicely full, and the meat tasted nice. The broth was unfortunately lacking in flavor though. I think just more of the spices need to be used. Service was nice and quick. View all feedback.
