We came here for our annual bollito misto dinner in Carrù and we had a good time with good food and great wine thanks to the restaurant sommelier for his great advice and treatment. Fact is that the main course was a bit dry...by the time it was served in our plates and the sauces were a bit lame compared to other local restaurants we had been to. Steak tartare was really good though. View all feedback.
Caffè, no.
A very special place, with all the traditional Piedmontese meal times and more: first mention is the bollito misto, with the superior meat of the bue rampo bark, then all the wonderful antipasti that serve as appetizers, not to forget the local. arts of homemade pasta, with any (traditional) flavor you can think. a special mention of the financialiera (a typical stew of meat, huh and more,) really delicious and I personally appreciated it because it is also a little less saucy than usual. not least the desserts, very fine and elegant, but really delicious. at the end is the only problem that you can really not skip any of these wonderful dishes, so you can eat a lot at the end! but no fear: they also have many really fine weeps that help them to come with all mealtimes! the chef is a very nice person who will come personally to her table, so they can get some talks and exchanges of opinion in a slightly walking style (provided that they understand at least some Piedmontese). all service people in general are also very good and nice.
Good price for Sunday lunch in this inviting trattoria! recommended to try only with reservation because it is packed in the rule with booked tabs. large range of piedmont delicacies but focus on the columns: ravioli, bolliti and desserts. four courses lunch with wine for
