The first time I had pot stickers was more than 40 years ago, in Kowloon. The pot stickers at China Bistro tonight were every bit as tasty as those first ones. We regret our experience was not as favorable as some other's who have posted. We ordered take out for several people thinking we might finally find a decent Chinese restaurant in Carson City.
