Rude reception from an ignorant lady who ignored us on arrival. When she could be bothered to stop folding napkins and acknowledge us she barely bothered to explain that the restaurant was fully booked even though it was totally empty. Our group was offended by her attitude and vowed never to return, which is a shame as we've only had good experiences here before. This lady should NOT be customer facing in any way. read more.
