We spent a few hours here last weekend, it is great to watch for people watching including musicians, artists, jugglers, and the flow of people thru this area in Cartagena. I had dinner here one evening close to Easter, I sat outside as there was so much happening in the square. This restaurant is in a great location to people watch. I had the (dry) fish and coconut rice...honestly I wasn't impressed at all! The fish was dry devoid of taste, the coconut rice was disappointing.
