"While on a recent trip to Cartagena, we wanted to find local food outside the tourist area. La Pescaderia was highly recommended. It did not disappoint. Its located in Crespo, about a block from the airport. it was a 15K COP taxi fare $5USD). We...had a ceviche, Patacones and a whole fish. The ceviche was the best that we had during our entire stay. We ordered the mixto peruvian in tiger milk."

"Nice professional service, lovely enterior, tasty food, very clean place. For one of us they accommodated special request. Live guitar, nice instrumentals, not too loud not invisible, but allowing a talk with dinner. Romantic but not too much, just perfectly balanced. Avarage prices for Cartagena, like 30 COP meal, drinks standard. With meat you get vegetables and salad. You won't regret to visit it."

"The setting, the resort , the weather , and the food are what people look for when they are planning a winter get away. One never thinks, are the staff friendly , and helpful , and literally tripping over each other to make sure that you enjoy your holiday ? One never considers the time and effort that is made to encourage visitors , to " join in ", or try for the first time . Often then , they join in every day after , and return home saying they played darts , tried spin class in the pool, or yoga, or a pinacolada , and ossobucco and it was a great holiday ! I wrote down some of the staff's names that we were particularly friendly with , so the resort will know they made good choices in hiring ! Unfortunately , I didn't write down dining room staff and the cooks names, the ladies that cleaned the pool area bathrooms , the gardeners etc. We were at the family pool area. Yoga ... Gaby, Luz, Tania . Bartender...... Omar, Hector, Oscar, Jessica, Christian , Paulo, Roy, & Jerry. Also. Osvaldo Your friendliness , and efforts to help us with our Spanish , was first class. Thank you, Joan & Rick Sands"

"Great service. Unbelievable shares. Take 1/2 portions seriously. I had Yabrak Dolma as an appetizer and the 1/2 part had 15 pieces in it. I had Kibbeh in yogurt soup and it was delicious. Again a huge part. Baklava and Flan were from this world. I fasted most of the day in preparation for this dinner and it was not disappointed. I recommend to anyone visiting Cartagena to have at least a few dinners in this restaurant. They won't be disappointed. Umur."
