What User likes about Rebelion:
eating was good, the yuca with Plantain mix was delicious. service was also great. I had the only vegan option, although they call it vegetarian. I was told due to high demand they are looking to add more vegan options. cartagena has not many vegan options, but this place is good. View all feedback.

What Nieve doesn't like about Rebelion:
I ordered the veggie ceviche, out came a circle of random shredded veggies swimming in a very very salty liquid. It was not good. I've had plenty of vegan ceviches, usually a big fan, this was not what I had in mind My mango juice was great though View all feedback.
