I was actually shocked when the lady who brought out my Hot Fudge sundaes, after I had to wait for them to “find the fudge” and pulled me forward said, “Well we put them in the wrong cups (aka smaller than they were supposed to be) but at least you got your ice cream so I don’t care.” Terrible service and terrible food 9/10 times. Buns were so hard, stale, and cold. And we waited in the drive thru for 7 min after they parked us. This is what it looked like. We got 2 quarter pounder meals...
