Thank you for catering my cousin's wedding today. That was the best smoked chicken, brisket and sausage I've ever tasted. I thought we did it right in North Texas but you have won us over in East Texas BBQ. The Beans with burnt ends and the cheesey potatoes with a bit of a cajun kick were amazing! Job well done.
