The sides are absolutely delicious. The beans are tasty and homemade, the roasted potato salad is awesome because its crispy. The ribs were good and juicy. First off, the burnt ends were amazing and why they get 3 stars. The Mac cheese and smoked potato salad were tasty, and the sausage had a nice snappy casing. Unfortunately, the other meat (chopped BBQ, chicken, chicken wings, and slice of brisket) was extremely dry, lacked flavor, and the brisket was tough to cut with a knife.
