This place has the best chicken. My only complaint was the workers touched my chicken without gloves and their face masks were pulled down to their chins. Through the drive through window, we saw no one from the Chapel Hill road location wearing any gloves at all. No one. They already closed the dine in area. The manager has an AWFUL attitude here. Apparently they adjusted them for their efficiency because it wasn't like that in the past. But customer service is certainly not their excuse! The cashier was friendly and helpful as she could perhaps be with the Merkat manager who could snore over her shoulder. This location is less than 2 miles from my office but I will not be returning.
