I try to be very patient with every retail, restaurant etc.: in retail myself I totally understand everywhere is short personal and it is hard to find good help! that means that this place has gone down hills so bad their orders are never right, personal not attentiveness, manager never intervenes to see what was wrong on 4 out of 5 times my order! it's a shame that this used to come my favorites dunkin!
