Worst experience ever with IHOP. It may be that they were busy, or short staffed, but it took 1.5 hours for us to get our food, and when we got it, it was cold. The cheese has congealed, the toast English muffin were barely toasted, there was no butter on the side like we asked for, the extra crispy hash browns had very little browning, and everything tasted like it had been sitting around for a while.
