The last time we went to Paisan's, it was awesome, we were lucky to get a table. This time they have been sold and are in a transition from Italian to Himalayan cuisine. So we get the "old" Italian menu with several items scratched off the list, and the promise they could still make the dishes. The place was deserted but for one other couple.
