"The drinks here are delicious (although sweeter than I expected) and the customer service is excellent. I ordered tea not realizing it would be cold. They made me a hot cup at no extra charge, which they didn't need to. Overall a good experience and I plan to go back."

And, as someone with chronic digestive issues, the careful attention to ingredients and general flexibility of the menu is greatly appreciated. Also, that raspberry syrup is insanely good in a mocha.
