After spending the day at the Museum of Appalachia, we decided to stop at Cove Lake for a short walk and barbecue. Rickard Ridge BBQ is at the entrance of the little park and easy to find. Our arrival was early for dinner, and service was prompt. The menu has a good variety. We chose the baked potato with pork barbecue which included butter, sour cream, and cheese.
