I don't remember discovering this scenic street side of Diner... but I remember a photo of the travel show Samantha Brown keep these massive soft serve ice cone, and commented it visited the Portland region. This place is about 15 minutes from Multnomah Falls or 50 minutes outside Portland in the city of Cascade Locks. Good fast food. Fast, efficient service by friendly staff. Generous ice portions. Stop for the soft portion if for nothing else!
