What User doesn't like about Mandarim:
Maybe the best you can do for Chinese food in Lisbon, but that's not saying much. The dimsum is good. They charge per cup for tea, from the same pot, even if it's a kid wanting a taste. Same pot. This is not how it's done. There's a Chinese idiom for this kind of small time price gouging...the owner must know it well View all feedback.
