On 11/11/23 I placed an order online and paid with my credit card €32.20. My husband went to collect the order at the Carcavelos store and was asked to pay again because the online payment had not been made. The next day I noticed that my credit card was debited and my husband was charged to his account, meaning we paid for the order twice.
